IIEBM IBS PGDM Admission

The Institute offers five specializations under two-year PG Diploma program in Management. The basic qualification to apply for PGDM program is graduation in any discipline from an AICTE/ UGC/ AIU recognized University/ Institute with minimum 50% marks. Admission to this program will be on the basis of marks secured by the candidate in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT/ GMAT entrance exam.

IIEBM maintains a great placement record over years. In the recent placement drive, 300+ recruiters visited the campus. Major recruiters included Deloitte, Decathlon, Federal Bank, Amazon, Axis Bank, Capgemini, HDFC Bank etc. Recruiters came from various sectors like FMCG / FMCD, Real Estate, IT ITES, E-commerce & Services, BFSI, Automobile & Manufacturing etc. E-commerce & Services sector played a dominating role among all the sectors. Note:

The laptop is a mandatory requirement for a student enrolling in PGDM Program from the first day. Institute can help in arranging Laptops at the concessional rate at an additional cost.
It is mandatory to install Antivirus ‘Seqrite endpoint security’ (Quick Heal) by the students on their laptops. Institute can provide Antivirus at the concessional rate.
Fee and Charges for the course to be transferred to Institute’s account are mentioned in the selection letter.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline as recognized by AICTE/UGC, under 10+2+3 / 10+2+4 system with a minimum of 50% marks.
Candidates appearing in the Final Year may also apply, provided they complete all formalities of examinations before 30th July and furnish proof of having met the minimum eligibility criteria before 30th November of the current Academic Year.
Applicants with relevant work experience are also welcome to apply.
All applicants are required to have appeared for any of the Competitive Exams viz CAT / XAT / MAT / CMAT / ATMA / GMAT or any other Competitive Exam approved by AICTE.
Applicants will be required to attach duly attested copies of the below mentioned documents along with the Application Form:
- Competitive Exam Score Card of CAT/ MAT/ GMAT/CMAT/ATMA.
- Certificate and Mark Sheet of qualifying examination passed.
- Relevant certificate to verify date of birth.
- Work Experience Certificate (if any).

Selection Process

Admission to PGDM Programme is selective and based on a combination of factors including Past Academic Performance, performance in the Individual Assessment Process (Group Discussion, Personal Interview and Written Assessment) along with other qualitative parameters like relevant work experience, extra-curricular activities, State or National Level participation & achievement in Sports.
The Merit List is prepared on the basis of parameters mentioned below:
- Past Academic Record ( 10+12+Bachelors) – 20 %
- Competitive Exam Score – 15 %
- Group Discussion – 20 %
- Personal Interview – 30 %
- Written Assessment – 15 %
Additional weightage will be given to applicants with work experience.
The result of the Selection Process shall be intimated to candidates by e-mail and telephone.
Selected candidates are required to pay the prescribed fee within 10 working days from the date of declaration of result, failing which the seat shall be offered to the student next in merit.

IIEBM Indus Business Academy (IBS) campus is ideally located as it is close to whereas IT and manufacturing companies at Hinjewadi. The IIEBM campus has one of the best infrastructures in the city equipped with all the modern facilities. The college has well-lit and airy classrooms equipped with LCD projectors, computers, WiFi connectivity, etc.

The library at IIEBM IBS is well-stocked with a vast collection of national & international books, magazines and journals, online Databases and e-Journals like EBSCO, DELNET, and JGATE. Also, IIEBM IBS has modern computer labs with 100% UPS backup. Apart from that, the college has a fully air-conditioned auditorium and activity area within the campus where there is wifi connectivity, television, table tennis, and other recreational facilities. The cafeteria provides hygienic and spacious multi-cuisine food, live snacks counter and juice bar.
